Grounded and rooted in the Earth. Deep breathing, walking meditation, relaxation, reconnecting to the primal source. Walking barefoot on the earth is beneficial in so many ways. Enabling the earth electrons to transfer from the ground and into the body, it creates a stable internal bio-electrical environment for the normal healthy functioning of all body systems. Walking barefoot, standing or sitting on the earth informs a release of a hormone which helps to control blood sugar levels, regulate metabolism and blood pressure, helps reduce inflammation, anxiety and stress. Connecting with the earth promotes better sleep and can assist with memory formulation. It is a lovely way to relax and unwind.

As humans, our primary authentic home is in nature. We are a part of the natural eco system and therefore it benefits our whole being to allow ourselves time to immerse. Our ancestors spent most of their time in nature and had a deeper understanding of the cycles and seasons, knowledge of their land, plant life and animals. They were more efficient with time and energy and the rythmn of life supported their life cycles. Al lot different to the modern rat race of today.

About Us
Rowan is passionate about the transformational process that unfolds in individuals who are ready to make a deep and positive change in their everyday life.

In 2004 he started studying numerous holistic therapeutic modalities, but it wasn’t until he discovered breathwork that his own personal healing journey realised incredible progress. This resulted in him becoming a professional breathworker & founder of Breathing into Wholeness™ in 2010 and since then he has helped many people take their life into a more positive direction. He has had a breathwork clinic and ran workshops in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and internationally online.
Rowan developed and perfected his own method over many years, by weaving various holistic principles into a rounded and unique healing modality called Breathing into Wholeness™, which is intended and designed for clients to step into their authentic Self, and with that reclaim who they were always meant to be. He has drawn inspiration from many different schools of thought and has studied various holistic therapy modalities. He attained his diploma in breathwork after four years of intense study with Breath of Life™ and he attained a certificate in Hypnostasis™ level 1 & 2 with hypnotherapist master Jay Schumacher. He also completed a course in EFT (emotional freedom techniques), a course in mindfulness and has practiced Chi Kung, yoga, meditation, sound healing, holistic dance and he is an enthusiastic astrology hobbyist. He keeps himself up to date with the latest scientific advances in the ever-growing field of breathwork, somatic and mindfulness practices.
He is an accomplished professional multi-percussionist / drummer, composer and music producer and has pioneered sound healing soundbaths over many years, offering one2one and group soundbaths with his partner Anara. Together they create a unique sonic vibrational immersive experience for greater wellbeing and to support positive mental health. Having studied Jungian Psychology, he holds a space for his clients to find solutions and heal trauma combining Breathwork and shadowwork.
Rowan is a very skilled facilitator and coach, aware of the energy in the room, the group dynamic and the needs of the individuals.
A Breathing into Wholeness™ session with Rowan allows you to access deep unconscious layers within, which hold the key to a better more loving relationship with yourself, your loved ones and life itself. It’s by letting go and surrendering to our breath that we make space for life to happen through us, which in turn creates greater happiness, success and fulfilment.
At the age of 18, After spending a year of intensive Buddhist practice, Anara Araeya was introduced to a pioneering hypnotherapist & reiki master with whom she began an intensely transformational and educational journey. She learnt about the positive alchemy that can take place between mind, body & spirit, with access to advanced tools used in hypnotherapy & psychotherapy. She studied Advanced Hypnotherapy, N.L.P, Brandon Bays 'The Journey', 'the Art of right questioning' Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnobirthing for Bliss Birth, Regression Therapy & Sound Healing. She has the skills needed to re-programme the subconscious mind and to heal the root cause of historical or ancestral karma via access to your quantum timelines.

From a lineage of healers & with the gift of clairvoyance, giving angel readings for the public since the age of 18. She has held a healing space, offering Angel Reiki healing, Light Codes Sound healing and Spiritual Guidance for the last 31 years.

She has worked with the Angels to assist humanity to heal ancestral trauma and to become sovereign whilst developing the skills they need to self care and take control of their lives.

She has learnt and mastered several healing modalities including Angel Reiki, Indigenous shamanic healing, sound healing and crystal healing.

Anara Araeya believes that nature is the biggest healer and it is within nature, that the spirit of the Imbas, Awen, the Angels can bring restoration, healing and deep peace.

She has adapted some of the methodologies to fit within her work as an holistic dance movement practitioner, creating space within the heart of the natural landscape for her clients to find themselves and rekindle their faith in life and find their direction by journeying to the centre of the labyrinth for the answers.

A natural dancer from childhood, she trained, in contemporary dance, latin, folk and Egyptian Raqs Sharqi. She has also practiced 5Rhythms since 1999, taught Egyptian Raqs Shari and has facilitated shamanic and holistic dance as a mindful and transformational practice.​

She spent a year studying Acting, Voice and Movement at Central School of Speech & Drama, and has a degree in Fine Art from Central St. Martins school of Art & Design, where she developed a love for nature themed and land based art. This led to her studying permaculture and sustainable community development and as a result she spent a year living in the woods at an eco-permaculture educational community in the South of England, where she took part in teaching permaculture and introducing people to the concept of re-wilding. This also included re-wilding zones of the forest from commercial pine, restoring it back into a woodland of native species.
Anara Araeya then spent a year at an Eco Forest permaculture community in Southern Spain, where she took part in teaching permaculture and introduced her clients to holistic dance movement and mindfulness practice on the land.
She found that nature provided a more sincere mirror for her clients and explored the ways in which together re-wilding and holistic dance movement could support the healing process and positive mental health of the individual being and the community.
Anara Araeya is a professional qualified hypnotherapist and regression therapist. She has also studied Jungian Psychology, Safe and Effective dance practice at the British Ballet Organisation and Dance Movement Psychotherapy at University. She has recently studied a Postgraduate Master’s degree in History of Art .
Anara Araeya gives to herself and others the joy of singing, she is also a singer songwriter, poet and author of mythical children’s stories, set in magical landscapes.
